Location is the biggest determination of value – location within the Atlanta metro area, location within the county and location within the neighborhood. When comparing your home to other properties in your neighborhood, I look at:

» Condition of home

» Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

» Improvements
(new kitchens, baths, decks, windows, mechanicals, etc.)

» Additions
(family room, garage, breakfast room, bathrooms)

» Size and usability of the lot

» Garage, carport, and/or off-street parking
